I started to join the competition Kuala Lumpur World Marching Band (KLWMBC) as 1st runner up and Marching Parade as we won 2nd runner up with SASBand in 2008 in Kuala Lumpur. In 2009 again we went to the world competition in Kuala Lumpur and we managed to grab the first place. However in 2010, we did not attend any competition but only small event, occasions or any performance around Kedah. In 2011 was where the first time that we have a big number of band members which was around 200 members because we add more members to the new section, Pit percussion required more than 10 people and we added more members in color guards section and actors too. During this time, the theme was Mulan. It was the first experiment to the band. Even though, we went through thick and thin along the journey, again, we managed to be the champion in 2011 in the competition. And in 2012, we performed as an orchestra to our supporters to raise fund for the upcoming competition in 2013.
