Few things about SASBand that you do not know. Don’t worry because I will tell you to get some idea of it.
Firstly, they are all girls because SMK Sultanah Asma is girls’ school. There is up and down in marching band. Sometimes win sometimes lose. All is conducted by students however there are the teachers’ advisors to assist in whatever SASBand routines do. SASBand had travelled a lot for instance, they went to Italy, Singapore, Shanghai, Beijing, Nanchang in China to perform and to Bangkok Thailand too. They started to get the fully supports from friends, parents, schools in 2011. Before this, people especially parents and teachers were not interested in band. However, after proving that band members can perform both in academic and band equally, people had changed their perception towards band members. SASBand got respects from others. That was the most valuable moment ever.
